Galicia is exceptionally well-suited to honey production, given its abundant year-round rains. This, together with other special features like its granite-rich soil and sweeping sea breezes, the region has a wealth of flora and fauna which allows for the production of a wide variety of single-flower and multi-flower honeys that reflect its rich biodiversity.

Galician beehives receive the expert care of the local beekeepers who will settle for only the highest quality honey. Hence, the attention to detail when collecting and packaging the product to ensure that nothing is altered in the process from flower to table. Each and every stage of production is monitored so that no processing or alteration, nor pasteurisation, takes place.
