REASONS TO ENJOY
The whimsical and spectacular landscape of olive trees, many of them hundreds of years old, covers the mountainsides of the Sub-Betic Sierra and Geopark. At over 1,000 metres in altitude, these olive groves thrive in the fertile soil that the farmers and olive-oil producers have so earnestly devoted themselves to for centuries. Their dedication to the land is as unique as the olive oil they produce.
This olive oil is obtained from the exceptionally rich juice pressed from Picuda, Hojiblanca and Picual varietals, after which it is subject to rigorous controls in order to fully guarantee both the origin and the very highest quality. By following sustainable and environmental-friendly farming methods, the continuity of this millenary legacy is ensured and as a result, extra virgen olive oils with extraordinary health-enhancing properties.
