This extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) is made from Picual and Manzanillo varieties that grow in the high-altitude olive groves of Jaén. It has an intensely fruity flavour with hints of freshly-mowed grass and tomato plants. Very well-balanced in flavour, with just enough punch.

REASONS TO ENJOY
Sierra Mágina is home to over 15 towns and villages in the province of Jaén. Its traditional high-altitude olive groves flourish in this nature park where olive-growing constitutes the main activity. It is also here where the olive mills press the olives and bottle the EVOO, guaranteeing both its authenticity of origin and top quality.
This is truly an extraordinary olive oil that comes from the olive growers’ great attention to detail when harvesting and careful handling at the olive mill upon cold-press extraction. Every stage of the process is subject to rigorous quality controls certified by the Regulatory Council.
