The vast majority of the meat proceeds from the Pyrenean breed of cattle, indigenous to the area. The calves feed first on their mother’s milk and then graze in the pastures of Navarra.

PGI (Protected Geographic Origin) was created in 1994 with the aim of promoting products that were little known or appreciated. Veal from Navarra is one such product, produced following traditional methods. Hence, with hard work and enthusiasm, the PGI seal of quality conveys to consumers that our production model is the best way to guarantee both the quality and food safety of the beef we sell.
