REASONS TO ENJOY
This PGI (Protected Geographic Indication) certifies that the meat comes from an indigenous breed or crossbreed that was born, bred and slaughtered in Galicia and whose diet is based on local foraging resources such as pasture grazing and exclusively vegetable-based concentrates.
An environmentally sustainable model which fosters biodiversity. With over 8,200 livestock farms and 96 related industries, Galician Beef is key to the local economy and the future survival of region’s rural areas.
